We offer delivery services for all fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, grills, and accessories across Lebanon and selected international locations.

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to most areas within Lebanon. For deliveries outside Lebanon, please contact us to confirm availability and cost.

2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days for in-stock items. Custom orders or installations may require more time depending on the project scope. You will be notified of the expected delivery schedule upon confirmation.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping and delivery fees vary based on your location and the size of your order. The final fee will be confirmed with your quotation or invoice.
Note: Installation fees are quoted separately unless included in your order.

4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery and/or installation date.

5. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll review the case and provide a replacement or solution accordingly.

6. International Shipping
For international orders, shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We’ll assist with all required documentation.
